ATTENDEES ELIGIBILITY

All Applicants must have a current AGU handicap and must be a financial member of their respective state organizations and meet the eligibility criteria as defined by the ACGA Rules and state committee.

These Rules will determine order of entry in the event of over subscription. State secretaries will liaise to ensure these rules are fairly adhered to.

FORMAT FOR EACH GOLFING DAY

For all five golf days there will be split shotgun starts - an 8am morning round and a 1pm afternoon round.

Morning players will be bussed back to the hotel after lunch at the golf club while those playing in the afternoon will have lunch provided at the course pre playing. Morning players will then be bussed back to the dinner venue arriving around 6.30pm each night.

Pre-dinner and dinner drinks will only be provided on the opening night.

At all other evening dinners there will be a starter bottle of red and white wine on each table. This will enable participants to play on the day for a “bottle of red” of their choice if they wish.

MOTORISED CARTS

There will be a limited number of motorised carts available each day. These will be allocated on a needs basis after consultation with respective state secretaries. Barnbougle/Lost Farm insist each cart must be driven by one of their certified caddies/drivers. There should be enough carts available at all courses for those in genuine need, however we won’t have carts for all, hence the question re your ability to walk on one or more day of the week If you are allocated a cart then you may forfeit your preference for an AM or PM start, as the availability of a cart spot on AM or PM will take preference.

DRESS

For all Club House functions, all that is required is neat casual attire as defined by most private clubs (i.e. NO denim jeans and/or joggers allowed). However, anyone who wishes, should feel free to wear a “jacket & tie” to any of the dinners, especially our traditional opening and closing dinners
